Yes. That's definitely a possibility. I've just never known Jerry to be so concerned about a new knife design that he's felt the need to have his customers test it before he released it. But then I've only been around Bussekin knives since 2004. So he may have done that in the past and I'm simply not aware of it.

Sure, there is some marketing going on. It does create yet another class of Busse, the CE, SE, CG, LE and now TT. But it also lets Jerry get some input for the final design based on users comments.
