I used to run 25 or 30 miles per week for years and have run two marathons. Now I'm 57 and have a stress fracture which has curtailed my running but I'm riding the mountain bike, walking, kayak paddling, etc., to stay busy. Also, my new girlfriend is trying to get me to eat nutritiously! I need to lose 10 lbs.
Nice to see there are other guys " close" to my age on the board <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. The younger guys are great to keep us old guys motivated <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
