F-L-E-X-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y is the key to long life and a healthy back, I work out about 4 times a week if not 5 (strength and core) . I need to focus on flexibility as this is my weakist area by far. In the past when I have focused on this area (bikram yoga), I noticed a huge difference in my body. Just traveling too much to do such excercises. Need to get back to it.
