doh! if both (Personal & Premier) PayPal accounts are free..
what's the advantage of having a Personal account?

reading PayPal's fee schedule is like reading War & Peace!


i'm lookin at PayPal's fees here.. and looks like..
-both accounts are Free.
-Personal limits you to 5 CC/Debit transactions.
-Premier can accept pretty much unlimited forms of all payments.
-and you get charged Less fees for accepting Credit Card & Debit Card.

..looks like Premier is just better all around..
it's been awhile since i've read all that.. stuff.
