I've done a little Adkins but could never stick to it - I always want bread or juice or some other evil food.

I need to do some smaller meals throughout the day instead of just 1 or 2 big ones - thats probably slowing my metabolism. I've been running again - 2 miles a day - pretty slow though!! I did my 2 miles in like 17 minutes yesterday. I didn't push too hard though...

Slacker!!! 17 MInutes...you should be ashamed!!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Still better than most of America!!! I think the fastest post injury run I have had was 19:30 for 2.2 miles.
