Fair enough, MM. What alloys have you performed the same tests on that have stood up better than SR101, INFI and SR77? I'm not challenging you. I simply want to know if more capable hard-use cutlery alloys exist and if so, what they are. Why? Cause I wanna get me some, that's why!
