What's your thoughts on POF America? They seem to come up often in forums as the best AR's out there. Just curious if anyone here has any experience with them and was wondering how they might compare to the likes of BCM and others mentioned in this thread...?

And question about BCM- Can you buy full rifles or just pieces to assemble one? Seems on their site you cannot purchase an assembled rifle.

Knot...you have to be careful calibrating what you hear on the web. POF is definitely good gear...but the best? Did KAC / Colt come up in any of those? BCM / Noveske / LMT? Just sayin...they're all good.

I will say that my BCM LW Middy is one of the sweetest shooting guns. I'm in love with the LW barrel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

You can purchase complete rifles from BCM...but the purchase process is similar to the Lowers...you have to print the PDF, fill out the info, and send it in with a USPS MO for payment. The major downside to purchasing a completed rifle is that they don't really offer "options"....they are standard fare.

I spoke with Paul about a month ago at BCM and he indicated that they plan to start offering factory direct SBR's commercially late summer. Hooo..dog! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
