KS - the newer LMT's use MIM carrier keys and some other parts. I just prefer to have no MIM parts in an AR15 or 1911.

Toast - the Sig556 has its flaws. No chrome lined barrel and quality control being the biggest. The furniture is also cheap, and the charging handle angle causes you to rake your knuckles if you have an optic on it. Google "Sig556 problems". You'll get a lot of hits. I have a Sig556 Classic.
