The Invicta Reserve watches have a 5 year warranty and there is no need to do anything. For the non-reserve Invictas you are supposed to fill out the warranty card and send it in or do so online at their web site. If you have your receipt or proof of purchase, I think they would honor the warranty. Many collectors like Invicta...They are considered a good bang for the buck watch. You get a Swiss made watch, with sapphire or Flame Fusion crystals, good warranty, etc. for a pretty good price compared to other brands. They are by no means a Tag, Rolex, Omega or Ball but they are a good watch for the money. I would rank them with the mid-grade Citizens and Seikos, Crotons, Androids, etc. I now own 5 Invictas, 1 Croton, 1 Fossil, 1 Wittnauer and 1 Ball. Slowly becoming a collector Like I need something else to spend my money on.
