I do more heavy weights than I should. They're just easier than all those reps. I should do more pushups. I only use freeweights right now. with a little jogging and crunches and pushups. I hope to get a resistance trainer to use after I'm done wit my freeweight excercise. I've been weightlifting since I was 12 My brother got me started and I've been doing it off and on since.
