That's it mate. We have a workshop, so this job will be pretty easy I dare say. Some cutting oil, well watered down, take it very easy so it doesn't heat up. And I should have myself something a little different & special. Then I will do another tip test <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />. If it snaps this time around. Either two things. The HT on this particular knife is funky or I'm just heavy handed <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

If it snaps after you have ground it, it will NOT be covered under warranty. We need it back as is so that we can determine the problem that caused this damage.

I have been waiting for a response to my last email, if you want to resolve this you would just email me. I'm beginning to think you have no desire to resolve this.
