I've done a little Adkins but could never stick to it - I always want bread or juice or some other evil food.
I need to do some smaller meals throughout the day instead of just 1 or 2 big ones - thats probably slowing my metabolism. I've been running again - 2 miles a day - pretty slow though!! I did my 2 miles in like 17 minutes yesterday. I didn't push too hard though...

Tell me about it - I was never fast - 14:40-15:00 while I was Active Duty - now that I'm in the Guard... FORGET ABOUT IT!!!! My last PT test 5 months ago was 15:50 or so. I'm hoping for 15:30 next month.
