I have looked at those Gerbers but haven't bought one because I haven't heard anything about them.
I'm a sucker for big military knives like that.

It edges out the large Spydero Manix as my favorite large folder... hands down! Its solid. I really, really, really wish they made them in plain edge. And, again, I wish they made them in "assisted opening" with a thumb stud as well as full auto.
Darn, as the owner of a Manix I know thats a hard thing to do.
