I know that SY is famous for the very rugged SR77 outdoor use knives. But I can't get over how handy and nice the little Bird Dog is in the kitchen. The steel is so much better than my other kitchen knives, and that mudder handle is perfection. Would it be weird to ask for a series of mudder handled 154CM kitchen knives? Those are the knives most of us use daily. A butcher, parers, slicers, chefs, boning, and steak knives made that way would surpass even the fine German cutlery. Just a thought.
