I think a 154CM cleaver would be cool. I would have a tough time justifying another Chef's knife at this point (I have 4 good ones) and my Shuns would be tough to knock off their perch as favorites. SY would have to put on a better initial edge though...

The Santoku knives are great. I have a Shun and a Henckel that I really like. If you are ever at a store that sells the Shun brand you should see how they feel. I like the original handled ones best.
