They could just put out a nice cleaver and a pair of good Santokus, and people would buy them without hesitation. I actually find most of my kitchen work can be done with these; a good heavy cleaver, and the two Santokus, one large, and a second smaller one.

Speaking of kitchen work, we "Northern neighbors" just had our Thanksgiving weekend. My family is a days' travel away, so I just stayed in Ontario and made a nice, thick, hearty Turkey stew. It was so good I had 3 bowls, and almost had a fourth, but had no room left in my belly! LOL!
