I agree you get quite a bit of flexibility with a kydex setup and a TekLok. Here is a basic kydex sheath with a TekLok that allows for either left or right hand carry. I usually carry a small fixed blade on my secondary side, but here is a pick of an HRLM carried on the primary side. I find a 4" blade is a decent amount of weight when carrying a pistol. With a 1911 and a blade, I usually wear suspenders.
