Caz, did you fall off something or just fell down as in tripped?
I leaned on a wall to bend over to pick something up and when I lifted my right leg up and leaned over my left foot slide out and I dropped straight down on my left knee to the concrete floor, I think I jammed the new hip joint up into the socket pretty hard.
