Todd, what is the winters like? I know you guys have better hunting and fishing---the water is at least flowing in the summer.
Most winters we get a little snow, last couple it's been a lot of snow for us. Temp wise, there are a lot of days in January and Febuary that you can still ride motorcycles or fish. Most days top out in the 50's and lows are usually 20's to 30's.
