Thanks! It took quite a while to accumulate all of the DSA and that Imbel. I was buying the SAR's (which are Imbels) as I sold the DSAs. I have to say - the difference in quality was obvious.

I always wanted to try an original Inch pattern gun, but only owned one cobbled together by Century Arms. It was a turd. Original INCH pattern rifles haven't really been available here. There are a few from Oz floating around though. I saw one sell for $6,700 last year!

I too like the Argentinian rifles.

Factory built Imbels and Argies are my choice in a FAL unless someone wants to trade an original Type I Forged Herstal 50.00 for one of my SAR48's smile. I wouldn't trade my Springfield (Imbel) for a Type III Cast Herstal...
