To answer your question CR78....I'll tell you. I'm new to the yard, a "newbie" you could say. I have a collection of large heavy combat/survival type knives. Among those I have a Yard Hook and a SOD, and they are my all time favorite blades. Scrap Yard and Bussekin knives are superior to every other knife out there. I was drawn to Scrap Yard Knives because of their unwordly strength, and toughness. I was hoping for another large piece from SYKC. Not a small skinning type blade in a common steel. I have been truely changed by SYKC, in the fact that I will never buy another knife unless it is a SY, or Bussekin. So now I'll search the secondary market, and a gun show that is coming for some new Bussekin steel.
