I keep checking every time I am on the computer to see if this is the day to order.
That raises an interesting question. Under the new business plan, can someone explain what the purpose is behind announcing a knife or knives and then releasing them at a later date? I can see where doing that made sense under the old business plan. Under the old plan, time was needed to get the word out, build excitement and enthusiasm, and queue customers up to purchase the knives when they became available for sale. But under the new business plan, that's no longer required. Knives are going to sit in the store for several weeks no matter what. They'll be plenty of time to buy them and they won't even be manufactured until some or all of the orders are in. In fact, the longer the knives sit in the store, the greater the potential number of sales. Since there's no apparent advantage in delaying the release, why not just release knives when they're announced?
VERY good point Bruce- I was wondering the same thing ? Like......whats the hurry to order ? Kinda like people hurrying to get on a plane- we are all going to get where we are going at the same time. Go figure ?
