Thanks for the insight, Ted. Of course, the images posted here and on the Busse forum were never intended to be used commercially. And no one besides Dan had any way of knowing that his images were meant to be private. As Dan mentioned, the fact that they weren't private was an error on Photobucket's part. Nevertheless, your points are valid.

I think it's time to let this go. It was wrong to do. Period. Do you think that all matters of privacy, morality, honor, and integrity are clearly defined and protected by the law? Do you really think that I wanted the pictures posted publicly? Do you? If so you're drinking more than I am.
