how can you file a case based on something being not as described but the text you are quoting as the problem is in the description???

if the guy was to admit he is wrong I'd give him his stupid money back!!!


everybody should have at least one person in their life who is willing to tell them they are an idoit if they are being an idiot. some people obviously don't have this... and it's probably because they are idiots...
