I havent gotten my DCDM and I STILL havent gotten my refund from the DogFather run, or any reply to my emails. I'm getting pretty fed up with this, they dont even provide a phone number to their customers, it's pretty unprofessional to be so untimely with a refund and have no lines of communication open. :tumbsdown:
I was mad when I thought they were holding my money for the dogfather return, but normally they just kind of hold the money (like you said) and when they let it go, it doesn't like... show up as going back into your account, it just goes back in cause they haven't actually "taken" the money yet.
I was kinda upset about the dogfather thing, but they went really fast so, what do you expect?
but the DMDC, idk what your complaining about honestly...
and thats just my opinion and it's just your opinion. (even though pretty harsh and unjustified to me)
oh and sorry about not being able to explain the credit card stuff to you, I don't handle that stuff, but it happened to my mom. they never really "HAD" the money, so to speak, so if you're spending, you might not notice it got put back.
