I wanted to pass on the Regulator even when the test team specs and pics was all we had, but I'm actually warming up to the design and may get one just to have it. In fact that seems pretty likely right now <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Chopping and batoning doesn't do anything for me at the moment, so I wouldn't get this particular knife for those purposes anyway. Hell, if I got it, it would probably just get to sit on my shelf. I still think the S5 is the best all-round knife I have (which is why I have 3, just in case, never did that before with any knife).
