That's what's interesting, a hard use quick in the hand fighter type blade that's gets tested then changed to a sabre grind obviously gonna be heavier and slower but more capable of chopping and prying type blade. Sure a few will find a good place for it to fit in somewhere, but I'd be trying to concentrate on knocking the dogfather off it's pediastal, production run something like that and make it semi affordable and it's a win win, forever, the reg to me is just a ho-hum blade that will just be stuck at middle ground , something the SOD has already mastered, good In every catagory as far as a midsize feild blade gos. The muk was a great outcoming, along with the S5 CG. The only shining thing on the reg I can point out is it's just a new release to feed the crowd nothing more nothing less

I thought the same until I actually got this beast in my hands <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />.As a matter of fact I didn't really like it at all. At that price and in 101 it is [censored] hard to beat. As for knocking off the DF to me is very doubtful. As for the S5 and the MUK those are just plain awesome IMO <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.My TTs are staying right here and when Dan gets these new ones out i am seeing my collection growing even more <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. I am thinking spring until we actaully have these in our hands <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. Might be the only knife we get from the yard with all the military needs. Let's hope we see em real soon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
