I'll play. I've developed my own routine. Lost 105 lbs...down from 260 to 155 lbs, and maintaining between 153-156 lbs. 5'10"...BMI 22.4...fat% ~7%. Swam 30 laps, 200 push ups, 200 10 lb sit ups.
