Well today was a total wash (or as we say WARSH) smile . Had to take Patty to the Dr. She has Bronchitis or the beginnings of Pneumonia. She got some meds and hopefully will be on the mend.

WE HAD CHINESE! blush

I was naming off places to eat and Patty said we could do Chinese, BAD mistake. Been on the throne more than a couple times today.

Well now is a different day so time to get back on the wagon and keep on keepin on. I WILL get my weight and sugar level down.
