Well just got off the tread mill. Third of fourth day for me. Did 14 minutes at 2.5mph with a 6 degree incline. My BP just after was 150/80 and 114bpm. 7 minutes later 130/80 and 74. I feel like I'm doing OK considering this is the most exercise I have done in over 6 months.
I think my food intake is not to bad. Haven't even gotten up over 1350 calories yet and my carbs today were 130.
