Well went to the Dr yesterday and I'm down (On his scales) to 255. Not as much as I would like, but it beats 268! Slow and steady wins the race, but it sure is discouraging. But at least i am getting used to eating less and less often. I'm working on the dietitians recommendations of eating three meals a day and about a 100 calorie snack between. SO far it's working, but we will see.
