Sounds like Jerry, et al need to work on their Photobucket skills, and read their service agreement. When you post a pic in photobucket, you give up all exclusive rights to said pic. Anybody is free to do with it whatever they want.

Example...

On AR15.com a few months back, some doofus posted pics of himself trying to be a tough guy... and tons of people photoshopped funny text, and other stuff into his pictures as jokes at his expense, and posted them. He whined and cried to the site staff, threatened to sue, have the site shut down, said they were violating his rights to his own material, etc., and they actually locked the thread, until Ed Sr. read the Photobucket user agreement. Then he opened it back up for more hijinx.

IF they don't want their photos taken, then they need to password-protect the Photobucket account, and not post pics from it they don't want all over the internet.
