According to Trash Can (their tech guy), as of yesterday morning, the emails should be working.
It's obvious that this DMDC release hasn't gone off as intended. Dan has posted that he's aware that it's been a much longer than expected, and that anyone may cancel their order who wants to. Although I understand your frustration, I'd suggest that you calm down a bit and then decide what you want to do. If you decide to cancel your order, then just send the email.
I've got no authority to tell you what to do, but what you say and how you say it are the only way most people here will know you, so you may want to consider how your words reflect on you. Being part of the Scrap Yard community requires a bit of patience -- Scrap Yard is still a fairly young company that's trying different approaches to selling their products. There have been technical and communication issues, plus Blade is a big enough deal that they had to do something for it, which impacted the DMDC production schedule, but Dan will make the second batch. I guess what I'm trying to say is that, whether it's personal, business, or an online forum, you should probably avoid saying things in a way that may damage relationships; a little courtesy under adverse conditions doesn't cost you anything, but it tends to yield a positive return.
