Its not to me. But hey I'm really sensitive being a supervisor I always have to worry about my team members getting offended. I can't tell you how much fun it is to speak to HR about someone getting offended.

On the other hand not every is offended the same way. I have been working for the army for several years and construction before that. It takes a lot to offend me. But my grandfather would have punched me in the face for saying the s word in front of a lady. People are just offended by different things. I just wanted to warn yall before anyone started talking like they were on BF <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. They don't allow the cat fights over here that happen on that forum. Thats what makes it such great place. There are many members whos wifes and kids are also members. Because of the family dynamic and atmosphere no one has to worry about what could be said. I think thats why so many of us like the place. That doesn't mean we don't gripe about stuff. We do that too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
