Just out of curiosity, how long and how much do you guys have invested in knives? And what percentage are safe queens versus frequent beaters?
guessing 3000ish... was a little more but let a waki and some duplicates go. right now 80% users but all of mine are bought to use. just haven't with a couple of them for one reason or another.
