spent my fun money on a S&W M&P Shield a few weeks ago... hoping to move a few items by my b-day and maybe maybe look a new blade.
How is the Shield? Been looking at them but I haven't decided yet.
haven't shot it yet but it's the best feeling small handgun i've held. and i've been trying to find one for years. ended up buying a 442 couple years back because nothing felt right. but the shield is almost perfect. trigger is super crisp so having the safety is a plus. right holster and right ammo and i think i'll be pretty happy...
held the xds yesterday and while it's interesting the only draw over the shield is .45acp. but it's really square and it feels a bit odd like every other small semi auto. personally not for me as an edc.
