We got good news from Patty's Endocrine doctor today. Her PTH level has dropped from 775 to I think he said 230 something I think. Anyway is has gone down abour 500 points or so (but shouldn't be over 65).

We didn't realize it until today, but if the levels of the secondary disease (she has primary and secondary, what ever that means) weren't down enough she wouldn't be able to have the surgery. BUT the secondary is treated by nothing more than Vitamin D, which she will probably have to take all the time now. But it IS good news!
