i'm hopin it's just speculation.

I'm hoping it's just speculation, too, but what some of the anti gun nuts want to do worries me.

I bought such a cheap gun because it's my first gun and I'm still in school. I don't want it to be my last because of the rising cost of ammo.

Anyone hear that the federal government isn't selling spent shells to ammo companies any more? I read somewhere that they're scrapping it all instead in order to make less ammunition available for the public. One would think they would continue to sell the shells because I'd imagine they'd get more money for that than they would by just recycling the brass. Given the financial situation of the federal government, they need all the extra money they can get. If what I read is true, they're just making the public mad and "shooting themselves in the foot." Ironic phrase!
