I’ve got a good grinder. A half Yankee gave it to me so I guess there are better ones out there. wink.
I have gotten to grinding each cup fresh. And I’m using 25-26 grams of coffee to 20 ounces of water. That’s what I’ve been reading as recommended. And I CAN tell a difference in taste.
