SF45ACP is coming to town today to do some hunting for a couple few weeks. Ever since he retired and moved to UT the only deer he shoots are when he comes back east. UT, ID, etc are great for fishing and hiking... not so good for hunting unless you have connections. Not like Northern VA where I can't even walk outside on the back deck without shooting a deer!

It will be really hard to retire someday and leave this hunting paradise. Not sure I'll be able to adjust to moving somewhere else that doesn't have a 7 month deer season with unlimited tags. Although every deer I dress, drag, and butcher seems harder than the last. The deer need to stop getting tougher!
