Afternoon yard. Second week back in the gym and feeling great.. and by that I mean like a bus hit me laugh spent the last month preparing myself nutritionally for lifting hard and heavy again and managed to drop 30 lbs in the month. Now it's time to build back quality mass ! It's amazing what the gym does to my endorphins and how good and content I feel when I can barely move from post training soreness
