That’s cool

I broke the wiener dog out for kitchen duty last night. I got it used and it was butter knife sharp got it work able with stones when I got it 9 years go but now I need to reprofile the primary bevel. The work sharp KO edition I have does a decent job but I really don’t like the convex edge on smaller knives. I want another sharpener.
