Tom, on my father’s side, our family started in New England in the early 1700’s. In the early 1800’s my ancestors moved to Ohio and then Indiana. My great grandfather joined an Indiana regiment during the Civil War and ended up in Alabama. His son moved to Alabama, married a local girl and settled down. My father was born there. My father was in New England during WW2, married a local girl, and settled down in New England and completed the circle.
