It's brisk again today. -20 this morning and it's warmed up to -13.

Randy is correct. If the humidity is low and you don't have a bunch of exposed skin it's not too uncomfortable for short periods of time. Unless it's windy.

I just wore a hoodie yesterday but took a coat and gloves in case we needed to be outside for a while.

When it's this cold I worry more about my feet getting cold, next is my hands and ears. If I am active a thermal underwear shirt and a hoodie keeps me warm. A coat just makes me sweat. If I'm not active I put a coat on over that and stay pretty toasty.

Thick wool socks and insulated boots are the key to staying warm standing on ice and snow. Plus aa a general rule a good hat and the colder it gets the stupider the hat looks. wink
