I'm not sure, Randy. I know there's something about the pins in the frame that make it easy to differentiate a Gen 1 from a Gen 2. One has 2 pins and the other has 3.
I really don't care that much what generation it is, just curious as to when it was made. It has of course NOT been shot that much. He carried a revolver most of his years prior to getting the glock.
He only had one spare mag for it and I have only shot 2 mag loads through it myself.
