Got my CZ Scorpion EVO S2 fixed today. You see I tried replacing the recoil spring with a 125% increased spring rate.
The recoil Spring guide rod has a PLASTIC buffer pad on the end of it. The little nipple that goes inside the rod is only about 1/8 inch and about 1/4 inch long. I snapped the pad off the nipple.

Well this new guide rod is a solid piece of steel with a steel buffer pad welded to it. MUCH better set up than the OEM system. And it came with a new 125% Spring and new roll pins to put it all together through the BCG.
I’m satisfied it’s gonna work a lot better. Now all I need is to get a can for it.
BUT NEXUS Firearms makes basically a Scorpion Clone that is all aluminum and steel with NO PLASTIC except for the grip and trigger assembly. I mean Christmas is only 196 days away.
