Since "braces" landed on dealer shelves the ATF has waffled on their legality. My favorite gun shop has a huge sign next to their braced pistols stating "DO NOT SHOULDER".

I like the utility of a pistol with folding brace. Seems like its dangerously close to SBR territory, but if its legal...GREAT!
