Did I tell you we had a good ending to a fine day? No, well let me 'splain it to you.

3/4 inch thick pork steaks. Quartered small red taters. Chopped onions (green ones as well), Shrooms along with red, green and red bell peppers, sliced. Oh yeah and sliced carrots and Butter. Gotta have butter. Wrap everything up in HEAVY tinfoil and throw it on the grill for about 45 minutes at around 350-400. Open and enjoy! grin
