He is a really good guy. We have been through some crazy stuff together. I think he just had his fill. I was the sole holdout for tenured supervisors. I trained most of the guys that retired over the past few years. LOL, I guess I'm an old warhorse.

I have mentored several to replace me. It is interesting leaving a team like this. We have a lot of road behind us and a whole lot of rough times where we only had each other to rely on. It's official The bands broken up.
