Randy is correct about St. Louis and Kansas City, grrrrrr. The St. Louis D.A. is pandering to the BLM people, no doubt some of which are her constituents keeping her in office. Our Governor already said that if they were charged he would pardon them, and the Attorney General was looking to get the case tossed out.

Missouri is mostly a conservative state.
